Change your mind?
If you want to return a product because you have changed your mind, please contact us at info@ollyandrose.com within 3 days of purchase. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are sent at your risk regarding damage or loss. An additional processing and inventory restocking fee of GBP5 per item returned will be charged. All returns must be in New Condition with New Packaging
Faulty, Damaged and Incorrect Goods:
If your items are faulty, damaged or we sent you something incorrectly, we will pay for the cost of the return using our own carrier. Please contact us within 3 days informing us of the problem. We reserve the right to ask you to send digital photographs to understand any issues. Please return the item within 7 days of initial contact.
Please note:
- our pots are often hand-made. Please accept minor colour and size variation
- we recommend using liner for pots or coverings for floor, especially for more porous materials such as terracotta
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please e-mail info@ollyandrose.com with details of the order you are cancelling or use the contact us form on the website. Cancellations cannot be completed after the order has dispatched.
Exchanges
To exchange a product you’ve bought from us, simply return it for a refund, then place a new order online for the item you want.
